    S. Allgood served as President and established the Mentor-Motivator of the Month initiative, strengthening a lasting culture of recognition and positive example. Her leadership helped formalize consistent celebration of Sailors whose actions elevated the command and community.

Bressoud served as President and unified the Crow’s Nest by consolidating CSADD and the Junior Sailors Association into a single, cohesive organization; laying the foundation for today’s structure by streamlining purpose, participation, and continuity of two seperate entities towards a common concern.
