Mentor-Motivator of the Month is the Crow’s Nest’s signature recognition program that highlights everyday leadership at NIOC Georgia. Each month, Sailors may nominate servicemembers from E1 through E6 who have made a positive difference through mentorship, professionalism, and commitment to duty. One E6 and one E5 or below are selected, and each receives a letter of appreciation and public recognition for the impact they have on others.
