Mentor & Motivator of the Month
Monthly recognition campaign of Sailors at NIOC Georgia
Motivator of the Month is the Crow's Nest's signature recognition program that highlights everyday leadership at NIOC Georgia. Each month, Sailors may nominate servicemembers from E1 through E6 who have made a positive difference through mentorship, professionalism, and commitment to duty. One E6 and one E5 or below are selected, and each receives a letter of appreciation for the impact they left on others.
Bell Auditorium FCPOA Support
Periodical community support with partner command-association
In partnership with the FCPOA, the Crow's Nest supports event nights at Bell Auditorium by volunteering at concession stands and assisting with beverage service operations. This initiative strengthens coordination across command associations while providing a consistent, straightforward volunteer opportunity for junior Sailors. It is a practical way to contribute time, build teamwork, and support community-facing events.
