Shawn Fyffe Jr

Chairman & President

Sets the strategic direction, priorities, and culture of the Crow's Nest while serving as its primary voice. He ensures every effort stays mission-focused, well-governed, and properly authorized.

Christopher Belibasis

Vice Chairman & Vice President

Leads day-to-day operations and turns strategy into reliable programs, events, and member support. He maintains the planning, tasking, and coordination that keep our work running smoothly.

Andrea Dirr

Director & Secretary

Preserves continuity by maintaining official records, minutes, rosters, and policies for the organization. She keeps our documentation organized, accurate, and accessible to those who need it.

Jackson Knorr

Director & Treasurer

Safeguards our resources through careful budgeting, accounting, and transparent reporting. He maintains the financial controls and records that protect every dollar entrusted to the organization.

Porter Johnson

Master at Arms

Upholds standards of conduct, safety, and discipline across meetings, events, and communications. He applies practical checks and risk controls that prevent avoidable problems before they arise.

Michaelynn Hercules

Association Advisor

Provides steady counsel that strengthens leadership judgment, continuity, and professionalism without directing daily operations. She reinforces sound decision-making through foresight and honest after-action learning.

Ashton Phillips

Public Affairs Officer

Tells the Crow's Nest story through social media content and photography that captures our events and people. He keeps our public presence active, professional, and true to the mission.

Carlos Edwards Jr

Memorabilia Officer

Handles the procurement and upkeep of memorabilia and branded items such as shirts and challenge coins. He maintains the inventory and quality standards that keep these materials available and mission-ready.

Kenpatrick Lucious

Public Relations Officer

Represents the Crow's Nest across the command and builds the relationships that drive our outreach. He carries our message to Sailors and partners while strengthening the organization's standing and trust

Genesis Winston

Administrative Officer

Oversees the organization's administrative operations and keeps its internal systems running. She maintains the records, workflows, and routines that keep the Crow's Nest organized and efficient.

Skylin Allgood

President, 2024-2025

As President, Allgood established the Mentor-Motivator of the Month initiative and built a lasting culture of recognition. Her leadership formalized how the Crow's Nest celebrates Sailors who elevate the command and community.

Hayden Bressoud

President, 2021-2022

As President, Bressoud unified the Crow's Nest by merging CSADD and the Junior Sailors Association into one cohesive organization. His work laid the foundation for today's structure, scope, and continuity.
