The Crow’s Nest supported the E5 advancement exam by providing coffee, water, and snacks to Sailors testing that day, then donating remaining items to on-duty servicemembers.

This effort offered practical support during a high-stress milestone and reinforced a culture of taking care of shipmates. It also demonstrated how small, disciplined actions can deliver meaningful morale impact.
